Ultraworking Work Marathon

Ultraworking is hosting a 4-day Work Marathon Aug 14-17, 2019, based on their Work Cycles model, which is similar to the Pomodoro method. This involves working in 30-min blocks with 10-min breaks between, and you map out your next work block during each break. I often work in cycles like this and find it pretty effective for some types of work.

Of course you’re not expected to work for 96 hours straight, but they’re providing some structure with extra accountability during this time, so that could indeed help you stay focused and be more productive.

It costs $100 to participate in their online event. I’m not an affiliate, so I have no financial stake in whether you join or not. It seems like an interesting experience, so I signed up today and will be doing it for all 4 days, starting Wednesday morning.

I’ve never done any of Ultraworking’s paid programs, and I just learned about their website last week from a Conscious Growth Club member. Since then I’ve tested some of their free spreadsheets like Work Cycles and Lights, which are well constructed.

I’m going to use this challenge to finish up the remaining Submersion bonuses, so we’ll have all of them published by August 20th. We recently added a 60-page Summary Guide bonus to this course, which any Submersion member can find on the course’s Gifts page now.

If you’re interested in upgrading your productivity, this Work Marathon looks like an interesting event, so consider joining me if this appeals to you. Just be aware that I can’t give this a strong recommendation since I’ve never done it before, but I thought it would be wise to share the potential opportunity with you.
